Do you ever feel like it’s a huge chore to drink all your water? Me too. Sometimes I think I must have some camel DNA in me somewhere, lol. Here’s a super simple way to make your water a little more enjoyable.
Cut up fruit you like. Stick it in water. Wait at least 30 minutes and enjoy. You don’t even have to wait the 30 minutes. I just recommend it so that your water has some time to take on the fruit taste.
Here’s some fun flavour combos you can try:
- orange, lemon, and lime
- strawberry and kiwi
- Blueberry, strawberry & raspberry
- cucumber and melon
There’s no right or wrong way to make fruit water, just let your tastebuds be your guide.
My favourite part of making this recipe is that I feel like I’m taking care of myself. It looks so pretty and its easier to drink my eight cups a day.
